Role OverviewThe Multifamily Land Acquisition Manager will oversee all activities related to land acquisition and entitlements. This position will coordinate with the development and design department to ensure all related activities are progressing to schedule.
What You Will Do
Plan and direct all activities related to the acquisition of land and the entitlement of land for future apartment construction. Negotiate the acquisition of property with the seller or the seller’s representative.

Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Two to five years of related experience and/or training
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
