Job Description
New Hampshire Housing is hiring a full-time Multifamily Lending Officer to finance programs that contribute to its mission. The successful candidate will review, underwrite, and administer project funding applications, determine project feasibility, and serve as primary point of contact for developers.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level
  • Basic proficiency in Windows Microsoft Office 365 Suite and ability to learn new software systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of State and Federal financing tools and resources that support the creation and preservation of Affordable Housing
  • Ability to review and analyze financial documents and budgets for underwriting of projects
  • Demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Three years' relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in financial services, accounting, or administration preferred
