Job Description
The Loan Closer & Paralegal is a dual-function role supporting the execution and closing of multifamily transactions and providing administrative legal support under the direction of attorneys and senior paralegals.

Requirements

  • Review loan documentation
  • Prepare and review preliminary settlement statements and funding requests
  • Coordinate execution of loan documents
  • Maintain corporate records
  • Support committee meetings
  • Conduct legal and business research
  • Coordinate signatures and document execution
  • Support compliance-related tasks and regulatory deadlines
  • Assist with contract administration
