Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee residential service requests, resolve maintenance issues, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience and strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, and plumbing. This is an in-person role based in Arlington, TX.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will respond to service requests, complete turn-over repairs, maintain grounds, and provide outstanding customer service. They will also resolve maintenance issues in areas such as A/C, electrical, and plumbing repair.

Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- HVAC (EPA) Certification required
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
