Role OverviewThe Multifamily-Project Engineer will assist Project Managers and Superintendents in coordinating project activities to ensure cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards are met. This role is part of the Construction Department in DHI Communities, a multifamily development division of D.R. Horton, Inc.
What You Will Do
The Multifamily-Project Engineer will perform various tasks, including obtaining permits, ensuring contracts and insurance are current, preparing project meeting agendas, producing meeting minutes, distributing schedules, and reviewing drawings and specifications.

A valid driver's license and good working knowledge of construction management theory and practice are also required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) to Three (3) years related experience and/or training
- One year of construction experience is required
- Valid driver's license
- Good working knowledge of construction management theory and practice
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
