Role OverviewThe Multifamily-Project Manager is responsible for construction management of one or more communities simultaneously in accordance with company expectations. The role involves overseeing Assistant Project Manager(s) and field personnel, leading ongoing interaction between Design, Development, Purchasing, and Property Management personnel to optimize success of assigned communities.
What You Will Do
The Multifamily-Project Manager will supervise, train, and manage performance of Assistant Project Manager(s) and field personnel, coordinate with design consultants, review design documents, lead effort in bidding and subcontractor evaluation, and negotiate change orders and back-charges when applicable.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Five years or more construction project management experience, ideally in multifamily or commercial projects
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or through company applications
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
