Role OverviewAn established multifamily general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee ground-up and affordable housing projects throughout Southern California.
What You Will Do
Manage multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout, oversee project budgets, contracts, cost controls, forecasting, and change management, and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, architects, and internal project teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of construction experience with significant multifamily project exposure
- Strong ground-up multifamily experience required
- Affordable housing or market-rate apartment experience strongly preferred
- Podium construction experience highly preferred
- Walk-up and other wood-frame multifamily experience considered
- Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and owner-facing skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, and related construction software experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
