Role OverviewAs a CoStar Multifamily Research Manager, you will lead a team of Researchers responsible for delivering comprehensive market coverage of accurate and complete information to CoStar clients. You will ensure continuous delivery of timely, comprehensive, and accurate information while providing CoStar clients with the highest standard of customer service.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include leading a team of 10+ Multifamily Researchers, conducting regular call evaluations, training, and mentoring sessions, and preparing quarterly plans outlining planned improvements in data coverage/depth, relationships, and talent management initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelors' degree completed from an accredited, not for profit, in-person university or college
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of 6 or more individuals
- 2+ years of experience in a professional, corporate environment. Preferably within CRE, Multifamily Management, or another related field
- Microsoft Office 365 experience required
- Microsoft Excel experience required
