Job Description
The Multifamily Loan Underwriter is responsible for financial analysis, risk assessment, and underwriting of multifamily loan opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Analyze and underwrite multifamily loan opportunities
  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis
  • Prepare detailed underwriting models and credit memorandums
  • Conduct thorough due diligence
  • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with originators to structure loan terms
  • Support loan closings and post-closing loan surveillance
  • Prepare underwriting reports and portfolio analytics
