Role OverviewThis position performs clerical and technical work in the daily operations of the Municipal Court, working in partnership with other employees, departments, outside agencies, and the public to deliver effective and informative services.
What You Will Do
Prepare dockets and files for court sessions, update cases in the case management system, process incoming citations and documents, compile and prepare various legal documents, and provide excellent customer service.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of administrative, legal, or office experience, with experience working on a computerized records system, and be proficient in Microsoft work and record keeping, with a strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
