Role OverviewThe MUSiC Process Engineer III will be primarily responsible for creating processes and integrating them into the Multi-User Silicon Carbide Research and Fabrication Facility (MUSiC Fab) at the University of Arkansas. This is a multidisciplinary position that covers several processing modules and must work with other functional areas such as design, integration, and product development.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in epitaxial process development and manufacturing, with demonstrated expertise in establishing, stabilizing, and scaling high-purity epitaxial growth processes suitable for advanced power device applications.

Requirements
- M.S. in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least 10 years of semiconductor experience in epitaxial growth processing and related safety procedures
- Experience applying fundamental semiconductor device physics
- Experience with resolving issues using FMEA or 8D
- Experience with supervised processes to ensure quality output
- U.S. Citizenship required
