Role OverviewJoin St. Ann's Community as a full-time Music Therapist for the Life enrichment department, providing music therapy treatments/programs to residents receiving hospice care. The primary purpose is to plan, organize, and implement music therapy treatments/programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
What You Will Do
Assess residents' strengths and needs, develop goals and interventions, implement music-based interventions, observe for behavioral changes, and evaluate programs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

This role requires a Bachelor of Music or Arts from a 4-year college in Music Therapy, with Board Certification or Licensing preferred. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' experience in Geriatric/music therapy experience and reliable transportation.
