Role OverviewAs a Musketeer Scout, you'll be responsible for opening, developing, and managing accounts across all segments of On Premise. You'll drive sales and awareness by increasing product availability, establishing distribution, creating territory sales plans, executing national programs, and activating brand marketing assets.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include showcasing the Red Bull brand, establishing and nurturing relationships with key influencers and business partners, and building your personal reputation within the local scene. You'll also take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities in your market, develop and deploy strategies to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull, and strengthen and nurture long-term professional relationships with customers.

Requirements
- Established contacts within the industry
- Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss
- Strong ability to navigate technical landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes
- Ability to analyze sales and customer data
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in English, additional language skills an advantage
