Role Overview

The MX Operations Center Analyst supports Maintenance Operations Control and Planning by analyzing complex technical and operational issues and translating findings into practical solutions.

Identifies and implements automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and boost productivity. Extracts, transforms, and analyzes data to deliver clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of moderate level business problems and ability to help to translate business outcomes into data needs
  • Knowledge of technology platforms and architectures applicable to developing and maintaining self-service reports and dashboards
  • Knowledge of data analysis and quantitative modeling techniques used to investigate business questions
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar scripting tools, with the ability to write and troubleshoot code effectively.
  • Ability to identify and clean structured and unstructured data for data analysis and develop basic visuals to support the analysis
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare memos, reports and presentations by using excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy across multiple disciplines and projects
  • Ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work well under tight time constraints and be able to manage multiple demands at one time
