Job Description
Hope Haven is an accredited resource for disability services and advocacy. We offer service programs and support to meet a broad range of needs for children, adults, and families – from physical, mental, and intellectual to residential, vocational, and spiritual. My Choice Employment Supervisor duties include staff supervision and leadership, program oversight, and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, business, education or related field OR commensurate experience
  • Demonstrates experience in employment services, supported employment or disability services
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, supervise staff and manage schedules
  • Reliable personal vehicle and proof of state minimum insurance coverage
  • Clearance from all applicable background checks as required by service standards
  • Valid drivers license, acceptable driving record and proof of insurance are required
