Hope Haven is seeking a My Day Lead to guide staff development, create a warm and engaging learning environment for clients, and promote positive communication. The position requires compassion, patience, love, faith, and a warm attitude.

Requirements

  • Two years' experience in working with people with developmental disabilities
  • BA in Special Education or Human Services field
  • Skill in Behavior Management
  • Skills in computer use and word processing
  • Knowledge of and ability to utilize assistive technology and adaptive equipment
  • Valid Class C driver's license
  • Reliable personal vehicle and proof of state minimum insurance coverage
  • Up to date physical
  • Clearance from all applicable background checks
