Job Description
National Account Director job opportunity with Syneos Health. The ideal candidate will strategize and collaborate to gain and maintain product access and coverage across national and group purchasing organization channels.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience
  • 10+ years of direct experience managing large national accounts, including payers, PBMs, and GPOs
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience negotiating and managing contracts with Vizient, Premier, and/or their affiliated regional and IDN subgroups
  • Experience with hospital-based product launches and hospital contracting strategies
  • Previous Cardiology or Hospital Drug experience
  • Extensive knowledge of government and commercial payer coverage, reimbursement landscapes, and hospital purchasing models
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Strong planning, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills
  • Ability to clearly present complex information to multiple stakeholder groups
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%
