Job Description
As a National Account Director at Syneos Health, you will develop and implement national and managed care strategies to gain and maintain product access and coverage across national and group purchasing organization channels. You will lead engagement with Group Purchasing Organizations, develop coverage and reimbursement strategies, and negotiate terms and conditions with customers.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience
  • 10+ years of direct experience managing large national accounts, including payers, PBMs, and GPOs
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience negotiating and managing contracts with Vizient, Premier, and/or their affiliated regional and IDN subgroups
  • Experience with hospital-based product launches and hospital contracting strategies
  • Previous Cardiology or Hospital Drug experience
  • Extensive knowledge of government and commercial payer coverage, reimbursement landscapes, and hospital purchasing models
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Strong planning, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills
  • Ability to clearly present complex information to multiple stakeholder groups
