Job Description
GVW Group is seeking a National Accounts Manager in Indiana to join their dynamic sales organization specializing in port and intermodal operations. This role involves developing account strategies, managing sales activities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving targets. The position requires proactive and results-oriented individuals with a passion for delivering strategic growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in national account sales, preferably in the trucking, transportation, or capital equipment sector.
  • Strong background and network within the Port and Intermodal segment is highly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of business development or “hunter” sales experience with national accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and deliver measurable growth.
  • Skilled in building pipelines, managing complex negotiations, and closing large-scale deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 75%) nationally and be within a major airport is advantageous.
