Your responsibilities will include leading and managing national healthcare air logistics operations, overseeing daily operational activities, developing and implementing operational policies, managing and coaching healthcare logistics team members, and ensuring all employees complete required training.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in air freight, healthcare logistics, life sciences logistics, or related transportation operations
- Experience managing multi-site or national logistics operations
- Strong understanding of healthcare, life sciences, temperature-controlled, and time-critical transportation environments
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive operational improvements
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with transportation management systems and Microsoft Office applications
