What You Will Do

You'll coordinate cutting-edge technologies and best practices across the CTO organization, making sure NIS stays ahead of the curve. Working closely with Sector Operations Leadership and Sector Growth Leads, you'll forge partnerships that fuel business success. As the go-to technical expert for sector leadership, you'll influence decisions, champion new ideas, and be the trusted focal point for all things tech.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of experience successfully architecting technical solutions and leading/supporting complex capture pursuits and proposals
  • Experience providing cybersecurity solutions to federal and DoD customers
  • US Citizenship
  • Top Secret/SCI with POLY clearance required at time of hire
  • Experience with technical leadership and project management
  • Proven ability to lead solution development and technical proposal volumes for large-scale ($1B+), highly strategic, and complex deals
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment
  • Ability to motivate teams to perform exceptionally during capture and proposal development
  • Effective engagement with current and prospective customers to build trust, communicate solutions, and influence action
  • Exceptional writing skills to create compliant and compelling narratives that best present GDIT's solutions within government requirements and evaluation criteria
  • Ability to conceptualize and develop rich graphic visuals to strengthen the GDIT story and communicate concepts and approaches
