Job Description
The Hill, a division of Nexstar Media Group, is hiring a reporter to cover national politics. The reporter will write breaking news and enterprise stories on national political issues, working closely with the Morning Report team to shape coverage of the morning newsletter.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field
  • Previous reporting experience in a metro or national media environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic familiarity with Google Trends, SEO skills and real-time analytics
  • Excellent knowledge of current events and politics
