Job Description
As a National Sales Director, you will lead a high-performing, field-based team responsible for driving the success of our clients' laboratory diagnostic tests across the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred
  • 10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience with a strong record of performance
  • 3+ years of experience as a district or regional first line sales manager
  • Experience in one or more of the following preferred: Laboratory diagnostics or medical device
  • Gastroenterology experience is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated history of consistent sales success and achievement of performance goals
  • Ability to meet travel expectations, including approximately 70% field time and additional overnight or weekend travel as needed
