Job Description
National Sales Director to lead a high-performing field-based team, develop and execute sales and marketing plans, and achieve sales targets and key operational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred
  • 10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience with a strong record of performance
  • 3+ years of experience as a district or regional first line sales manager
  • Experience in laboratory diagnostics or medical device preferred
  • Gastroenterology experience highly preferred
  • Ability to meet travel expectations, including approximately 70% field time and additional overnight or weekend travel as needed
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office application
