Job Description
National Sales Director responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales and marketing plans, and achieving sales targets. The role requires 10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience, 3+ years of sales management experience, and a strong record of performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory diagnostics or medical device, gastroenterology, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred
  • 10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience with a strong record of performance
  • 3+ years of experience as a district or regional first line sales manager
  • Experience in laboratory diagnostics or medical device preferred
  • Gastroenterology experience is highly preferred
