Job Description
The National Sales Director will lead a high-performing, field-based team to drive the success of laboratory diagnostic tests across the sales organization. The role involves setting a strategic direction for the district, developing and executing sales and marketing plans, and hiring, training, and developing a team to succeed in complex diagnostic selling environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred
  • 10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience with a strong record of performance
  • 3+ years of experience as a district or regional first line sales manager
  • Experience in laboratory diagnostics or medical device is preferred
  • Gastroenterology experience is highly preferred
