Job Description
SmartRent, Inc., a leading provider of smart home and property operations solutions, is seeking a National Sales Director to drive revenue growth through the sale of their hardware and software. The role focuses on cultivating existing relationships, prospecting new business, and expanding ARR with key enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate will be consultative, collaborative, and knowledgeable in smart home/property management technology.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an enterprise B2B SaaS sales professional (hunter and farmer).
  • Proven ability to close complex SaaS or Hardware contracts in excess of $100K.
  • Experience running a complex deal cycle with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Organized, process-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with adaptability.
  • Comfortable with travel.
