Job Description
SmartRent, Inc. is seeking a National Sales Director to drive revenue growth by selling their hardware and software solutions to enterprise clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and prospecting new business within the Northeast territory. This role requires a consultative approach, complex deal execution, and collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
7+ years of experience as an enterprise B2B SaaS sales professional (hunter and farmer).
Proven ability to close complex SaaS or Hardware contracts in excess of $100K.
Experience running a complex deal cycle with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to develop C-Suite / Executive / VP level relationships quickly and effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
Organized, process-oriented with documentation.
Team player and self-starter.
All-IN mentality and willingness to travel.
Familiarity with the Multifamily residential housing industry is a plus.
