Job Description
The National Sales Manager will have overall responsibility for building and managing Caesars Entertainment In-Market sales efforts to achieve the Company’s financial goals. This includes oversight and coordination of the assigned market for New York and New Jersey, soliciting and booking programs, finalizing contracts, and conducting site inspections.
Requirements
Solicit and book programs that maximize revenue

Travel and make Sales Calls
Conduct and arrange site inspections
Meet individual and team booking goals
Complete Prospecting calls
Consistently meet measurable objectives for properties sales growth
Create demand for Caesars properties and increase sales revenue

Persistently work toward unquestionable customer retention and satisfaction
Create strong collaborative partnerships with property operations
Communicate effectively with other regions and Property and In-Market, Meeting operators and customers
