Role OverviewThe Natural Resources Administrator 1 (Historical & Cultural Programs Administrator) will oversee all historical & cultural program functions for Great Council State Park. This includes developing, implementing, and evaluating interpretive displays, educational programming, cultural resource initiatives, volunteer engagement, and public outreach. The administrator will also manage partnerships, coordinate group involvement, and develop curriculum aligned with educational standards.

Administers, coordinates, and oversees all historical & cultural program functions for Great Council State Park. Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of interpretive displays, educational programming, cultural resource initiatives, volunteer engagement, and public outreach.

Requirements
- 48 mos. trg. or 48 mos. exp. in natural resources specialty (i.e., History, Cultural Resource Mgmt., or Interpretive Program Coordination)
- undergraduate major core program & 24 mos. trg. or 24 mos. exp. in natural resources specialty (i.e., History, Cultural Resource Mgmt., or Interpretive Program Coordination)
- completion of graduate major core program & 12 mos. exp. in natural resources specialty (i.e., History, Cultural Resource Mgmt., or Interpretive Program Coordination)
- equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above
