Job Description
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering various programs in Arizona. The Navigator I will enhance the likelihood of success for clients, identify and reduce barriers, and connect them with needed services and resources.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of twelve months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders
  • 1-3 years of full-time Health Care related work experience
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or good cause exemption
  • Current valid driver's license
  • 39-month MVR
