Job Description
Navigator I is a role that enhances the likelihood of success for clients and connects them with needed services and resources. The Navigator will work with individuals who have been determined as in need of additional support and engagement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 12 months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders
  • 1-3 years of full-time Health Care related work experience
  • Current AZ Driver's License
  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or good cause exemption
