Job Description
Navigator II position at Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) to enhance client success, reduce barriers, and connect individuals with needed services and resources. Responsibilities include outreach, engagement, case management, and wrap-around supportive services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of twelve months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders
  • 1-3 years of full-time Health Care related work experience
  • 1-3 years of substance abuse/mental health recovery-oriented service
  • Minimum of ninety (90) days experience in a Navigator or Peer Support Specialist role
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card
  • Current AZ Driver's License
