Job Description
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a non-profit integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona. The Navigator II role involves enhancing client success, identifying barriers, and connecting them with needed services and resources.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree in a field related to Behavioral Health preferred but not required
  • Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders
  • 1-3 years of full-time Health Care related work experience
  • Minimum of ninety (90) days experience in a Navigator or Peer Support Specialist role
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • 39-month MVR required
