Job Description
The Navigator II's primary role is to enhance the likelihood of success, identify and reduce barriers for clients and connect them with needed services and resources.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Associate degree (or higher) in a field related to Behavioral Health is preferred but not required
  • Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required
  • 1-3 years of full-time Health Care related work experience is preferred but not required
  • Current AZ Driver's License (Valid and in good standing)
  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (program specific)
