Job Description
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. The Navigator II's primary role is to enhance the likelihood of success, identify and reduce barriers for clients and connect them with needed services and resources.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 12 months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders
  • 1-3 years of full-time Health Care related work experience
  • Minimum of ninety (90) days experience in a Navigator or Peer Support Specialist role
  • Must possess a current valid driver's license
