Job Description
Housekeeping Attendant responsible for performing full range of housekeeping services at Navy Gateway Inn and Suites or Navy Lodge property, including cleaning guest rooms, public spaces, and exterior areas.

Requirements

  • Cleans guest rooms and other assigned areas
  • Operates cleaning equipment
  • Empties wastebaskets, dusts, waxes, and polishes room furniture
  • Washes and disinfects toilet bowls, lavatories, and other bathroom areas
  • Cleans kitchen area, including stoves, ovens, microwave, refrigerator, cabinets, and floor
  • Washes and disinfects dishes, utensils, and cookware
  • Cleans and ensures proper functionality of luggage racks and ensures proper number of male and female hangers are available in closets
  • Maintains cleanliness and order of storage rooms
  • Accomplishes minor repairs and maintenance of equipment used
  • Reports any lost and found items to the housekeeping supervisor immediately
