Job Description
We are seeking a student-centered NCLEX Success Coach (Nursing Academic Support) to support nursing students in achieving readiness for the NCLEX-RN examination. This role combines academic coaching, structured remediation, and data-informed support to improve student outcomes and licensure success.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited institution
  • Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (BRN)
  • Minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience in a pre- or post-licensure nursing program
  • Minimum of four (4) years of direct patient care experience in medical-surgical nursing within the past five (5) years
  • Experience supporting student learning outcomes, remediation, or academic coaching
  • Working knowledge of ATI or similar NCLEX preparation platforms
