Job Description
Stanbridge University is seeking a student-centered NCLEX Success Coach (Nursing Academic Support) to support nursing students in achieving readiness for the NCLEX-RN examination.
Requirements
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited institution
Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (BRN)
Minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience in a pre- or post-licensure nursing program
Minimum of four (4) years of direct patient care experience in medical-surgical nursing within the past five (5) years
Experience supporting student learning outcomes, remediation, or academic coaching
Working knowledge of ATI or similar NCLEX preparation platforms
