Requirements

  • Performs Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) utilizing liquid penetrants, magnetic particle, eddy current and ultrasonic techniques as certified
  • Evaluates inspection data, interprets Inspection findings/results, and records inspection results on approved documents
  • Completes examinations of aircraft using dye-penetrant, magnetic particle, eddy current, ultra-sonic inspection methods
  • Accomplishes inspections in accordance with ATS, customer, and FAA requirements
  • Makes acceptance or rejection determinations
  • Maintains equipment. Sets up and calibrates equipment
  • Completes job assignments in a timely manner
  • Accurately clocks/labors into jobs
  • Regular and prompt attendance
  • Effective and appropriate conduct with co-workers
  • Maintains certification as a Level I or II every three years
  • Keeps required training up to date
