Job Description
The Campaign Finance Board is seeking two Engagement Coordinators to join the Neighborhoods Team, which is focused on building trusting relationships with community partners and delivering in-language voter education to voters that speak a language other than English (LOTE) in low voter turnout neighborhoods.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement a tailored partnership plan for key partners serving immigrants and people that speak a language other than English (LOTE) based on partnership criteria, neighborhood demographics, language(s) spoken, etc.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between these partner organizations and the Campaign Finance Board (CFB) as it relates to delivering requested resources and materials, scheduling and delivering educational sessions, conducting follow up, providing election-related updates and questions, etc.
  • Travel to sites across the city to deliver trainings, meet with community stakeholders, and serve as a source of credible information for communities across NYC
  • Develop paid educational programming with key partners and coordinate invoicing and purchases for education related activities in collaboration with Supervisor and Finance Department.
  • Work with Training Coordinator to develop and implement various methods to collect and incorporate audience feedback including real-time survey, pre and post event surveys, follow up phone calls, etc.
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive partner data within the internal database, including up-to-date contact information, organizational affiliations, partnership tags, engagement history, and accurate partner list segmentation.
