Job Description
Red Ledges is a private, four-season luxury community that offers a unique work environment with a focus on people mattering. The Neighborhood Watch position is responsible for providing a visible and responsive security element to the community, with a focus on excellent customer service and conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Maintain high visibility property patrol
  • Prompt and positive action on all resident complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the property
  • Complete various assignments as required
  • Submit daily reports in timely fashion
