Job Description
The Neighbors Housing Neighbors Case Manager provides comprehensive, culturally responsive case management services to eligible participants enrolled in the Neighbors Housing Neighbors program. This role delivers housing-focused case management and referral services to tenants residing in units subleased by RCHP-AHC throughout Cumberland County.

Requirements
