Role OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider to join our NICU team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional, family-centered care to premature and critically ill newborns.
What You Will Do
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to neonates in a Level II/III/IV NICU setting, perform advanced neonatal procedures, and collaborate closely with neonatologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other team members.

Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate in Nursing
- current RN and APRN licensure
- national NNP certification
- Minimum of two (2) years Nursing clinical experience
- current license/certification to practice in the State of Tennessee
