Job Description
Franklin Energy is seeking an Outreach Specialist I to develop, coordinate, and implement outreach functions and performance for new and legacy programs. The position will work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outreach results.

Requirements

  • Apply fundamental sales processes, procedures, methods, and techniques
  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to meet assigned energy saving targets
  • Recruit, train, educate, and cultivate relationships with contractors and customers
  • Maintain knowledge of program 'Best Practices', individual program offerings, and features, advantages, and benefits
  • Support outreach work plan creation, monitoring, and updates
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project-based activity reports and track progress towards program goals
  • Assist in the implementation of specific energy efficiency programs in a 'flex' capacity
  • Ability to work effectively with non-outreach orientate team personnel
