Job Description
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is seeking a.NET Software Developer to modernize the Support Enforcement and Tracking System (SETS) by migrating a complex mainframe solution to a cloud-based, microservices-driven architecture.

Requirements

  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using.NET(C#)/.NET Core and related frameworks.
  • Build RESTful APIs and microservices tailored for deployment in Azure Container Apps (ACA).
  • Develop data access logic using SQL Server, including stored procedures, functions, and optimized queries.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure alignment with best practices across the development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and reliability.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
