Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Developer with deep.NET and Azure expertise who can deliver immediate impact. This is not a pure architect role. The candidate will actively code, review code, troubleshoot production issues, and design Azure-native solutions when needed.

Requirements

  • Design, develop, and maintain.NET Core /.NET 8+ backend services
  • Own Azure-first architecture decisions for production systems
  • Build and optimize applications using Azure PaaS services
  • Perform hands-on coding (70–80%), code reviews, and mentoring
  • Design secure, scalable, and resilient Azure architectures
  • Work on microservices, APIs, background workers, and integrations
  • Implement Azure-native monitoring, alerts, and logging
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
  • Coordinate with offshore teams and own delivery quality
