What You Will Do
Confirm documents are filed, profiled, versioned, and secured correctly for the matter. Catch documents filed to the wrong matter, wrong official version, or with broken ethical walls.

The ideal candidate will have frequent NetDocuments use, 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, records manager, litigation support specialist, DMS administrator, or practicing attorney, and strong working knowledge in at least 2–3 specialized areas above.
Requirements
- Frequent NetDocuments use - weekly or more - in your current or recent role
- 2+ years as a paralegal, legal assistant, records manager, litigation support specialist, DMS administrator, or practicing attorney
- Ability to spot a misfiled document, wrong official version, or confidentiality breach on sight
- Paralegal certificate, J.D., or equivalent law firm experience
- Strong working knowledge in at least 2–3 specialized areas above
