Job Description
Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Network Administrator (Intermediate-Level) to join our team in Des Moines, IA. The Network Administrator will play a vital role in supporting and managing the performance and reliability of a complex environment of computers operating across multiple systems for the Air National Guard’s Unmanned Aerial Vehicle missions.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must have an active secret clearance
  • AA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or two (2+) years of relevant experience working in an IT enterprise network engineering field
  • IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.)
  • Familiar with common tools such as SQL Server Configuration Manager, Azure Data Studio, SQL Server Agent, Database Tuning Advisor, CISCO or Juniper network equipment, etc.
  • Experience in network segmentation, traffic management, and secure network architecture design
  • In-depth knowledge of network tools, monitoring platforms, and documentation best practices
  • Ability to plan and implement large-scale network configurations and upgrades while minimizing downtime
