Role OverviewThe Network Administrator L1 will provide L2 support for enterprise and mid-market client networks, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, and perform deep-dive troubleshooting on routing, switching, VPN, and WAN issues. The successful candidate will be part of a team that follows ITIL v4 practices and is responsible for maintaining diagrams, SOPs, and runbooks.
